Information for New and Returning Vendors
How can I apply for your markets?
Applications for the Halloween Market will open on January 15th and close on February 6th at midnight. Acceptance emails will be sent by February 15th.
Applications for the Punk Holiday Market will open on February 15th and will close on March 6th at midnight. Acceptance emails will be sent by March 15th.
Please note that due to the large volume of applications we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted by the dates noted above.
The link for the relevant application forms will be posted on this page on the dates noted above, and will also be linked on our social media accounts.
Can I be added to the waitlist?
We create our waitlist from the vendors who apply during the intake period. Should a suitable spot become open in your vendor category, you will be contacted by email.
After April 1st, vendors who did not apply during the intake period can submit an expression of interest here. Please note that you will only be contacted should a suitable spot become available.
Please do not email or DM to ask about the waitlist. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive throughout the year, we will only respond to vendors for whom we have a booth.

As this is a curated market, we will only be accepting a certain number of vendors per category. Items must be handmade; however, a limited number of items with original vendor artwork produced elsewhere (stickers, keychains) are permitted.
These are juried markets. All submitted applications are reviewed and chosen according to category availability and items that are best suited to the market theme & demographic.
Applying for the market does not guarantee a spot. We strive to keep our vendor lineup fresh and interesting; being a past vendor will not guarantee you a spot in our future markets.
AI art is prohibited. This is a handmade market, and in our vendor applications, all applicants agree to their work being of their own creation.
No resales. The only exceptions I make for this are at our Punk Markets, where we accept vinyl, select vintage items, band patches and band-related merch.
Table sharing is not allowed. All vendors are accepted based on their application, and our vendor list has been carefully curated.
The sale of real bats of any kind is prohibited at all of our markets.
What about your other markets? How can I apply?
Our smaller pop-up markets have a more limited vendor capacity, and as such, we do not put out an open application call for the following markets: Summer Punk Markets, Fatally Yours Dark Valentine Market.
Our application period for Spring-O-Ween 2026 has passed, and our waitlist is full.
I am a food truck vendor. Can I apply to your markets?
Due to venue restrictions, we can only host food trucks at the Hallowen Market in October and the Punk Holiday Market in December. Please apply during our open intake periods.
